Decor Service – Terms & Conditions
- Booking & Confirmation – Booking is confirmed only after advance payment. Service time slots are reserved exclusively for the client.
- Design & Customization – Final decor setup will follow the approved design/layout provided by the client. Any major last-minute changes may incur additional charges.
- Setup & Venue Access – Client must ensure full access to the venue at the scheduled setup time. Any delay caused by the client may affect setup completion, and cannot be compensated.
- Travel & Transportation Charges – Travel charges apply for locations beyond 20 km from base city: ₹10/km. Transporting heavy decor or extra props may incur additional charges, communicated in advance.
- Cancellation Policy – Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before the event) are non-refundable. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be eligible for partial refund or reschedule.
- Damage & Liability – Client is responsible for venue rules, safety, and securing items. Any damage caused to decor due to client negligence or venue restrictions is the client's responsibility.
- Weather & Outdoor Events – For outdoor events, the company is not responsible for damage caused due to weather conditions. Backup plans may be suggested, and extra charges may apply.
- Photography & Social Media – Photos/videos of the decor may be used for portfolio, promotions, and social media, unless the client requests otherwise.
