Shipping & Delivery Policy

Snapbook connects customers with vendors for photography, videography, event services, and related creative work. Many bookings do not involve courier "shipping" in the traditional sense. This policy clarifies how services and deliverables reach you.
1. On-site and event services
For shoots, events, makeup, decor, and similar services, "delivery" means the vendor's attendance and performance at the agreed location and time. Customers are responsible for providing accurate venue details and access. Late arrival or inability to access the venue may affect service delivery and is addressed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
2. Digital deliverables
Photos, videos, edited files, and other digital assets are typically delivered via download links, cloud folders, or agreed digital channels. Delivery timelines depend on the package (e.g. same-day previews vs. full editing). Specific timelines, if any, will be confirmed in the booking or by the vendor.
3. Physical products (albums, prints, equipment add-ons)
Where a booking includes physical items (such as printed albums, frames, or shipped accessories):
- Production and dispatch may be handled by the vendor or a third-party lab;
- Estimated timelines will be communicated after design approval and payment of any balance due;
- Shipping may be within India only unless otherwise agreed;
- Risk of loss during transit may follow carrier terms; support will assist with documented carrier issues.
4. Service areas
Availability is based on vendor coverage in your city or region. If a vendor cannot travel to your location, we will indicate this before payment where possible.
5. Delays
Weather, vendor illness, force majeure, or third-party lab delays can affect timing. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you and propose alternatives. This policy does not override statutory consumer rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
